Our client is a well established agricultural company dealing with agricultural chemicals based in Umkomaas, KwaZulu-Natal, is in need of an EXPERIENCED EXPORTS COORDINATOR.

Job purpose:

 

To ensure that export sales orders are processed accurately and timeously according to customer requirements and company policies and procedures.

 

• To ensure that export sales orders are processed accurately and timeously.

• To ensure that all relevant export documentation is completed accurately, timeously and in accordance with statutory requirements

• To liaise with overseas sales offices and external service providers to ensure that customer requirements are met.

• To monitor shipping schedules to ensure delivery dates are met.

• To ensure that invoices are processed accurately and timeously.

 

Qualification and Experience      

 

• Matric plus a certificate in customs and clearing.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clearing and forwarding.

• Experience in handling letters of credit, customer complaints and export/customs documentation.

 

Market Related Salary.
