Our client is a well established Casino Based in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania is on the search for Senior Pit Bosses to join their team.

The ideal candidate would need to have a min of 3 years experience as a pit boss and meet the below criteria.

• Preferably a business management degree/ diploma

• Excellent Negotiation skills

• Excellence in and experience with people’s management

• Comprehensive problem-solving capabilities

• Self-Motivated and Reliable

• Excellent Communication and collaboration Skills

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Impeccable Casino Gaming Table product knowledge

• Ability and willingness to work shifts

• Ability to define problems quickly and efficiently

• Able to work under pressure

• Enthusiastic and energetic team player

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Casino Interfaced software packages

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Results-oriented and process-driven

• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure highest standards of service excellence

• A solid understanding of casino gaming operations and principles

• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

• Trustworthy and honest.

• Passport required
