Freedoms are always hard fought for, and Diversity is a fight that millions of people take up!
From failed advertising campaigns like H&M’s hoodie advert or Heineken’s ‘Lighter is better’, to the large wage gap between man and women, Diversity becomes the talking point around which millions people come together and stand up for various freedoms, but mostly to be free as an individual.
Diversity has many benefits that we gain from!
Innovation: You become better equipped with fresh ideas from people who have different backgrounds and cultures, this leads to new inventions and discoveries being made.
Talent pools: You have a wide selection of ideas skills and experiences to choose from.
Profitability:You will know how to market and sell products to different audiences!

Individuality is a beautiful attribute and should not be taken away from anyone because thats what makes our world so diverse & colorful!
